SafeQ automated printing

SafeQ system allows students to copy and print within the premises of the Central Library. SafeQ printing is available only to computers with SafeQ client installed. Every student can download the client in Portal.

First, you have to be connected to the UP internet network before you start printing. While printing a document using SafeQ, you have to enter your login details (ID card number, password is your birth code) into a SafeQ client window. Your document is then sent to SafeQ server and you can print it on any printer equipped with SafeQ terminal. Furthermore, SafeQ system allows you to make photocopies in the Central Library.

Note that you need to charge so-called credit to your ISIC card before you start printing in order to pay for the printing and copying services. Charging point is in Central Library and its detached departments.
