You can access your university e-mail using only your internet browser:
For students:
- https://outlook.com/upol.cz
- User name (login): Portal ID@upol.cz
- Password: Your portal password or your birth code without a slash
(Czech students – ten numbers, foreign students – assigned birth code)

Online Help is available in the system after log in. Should there be any problems, please, contact your computer network administrator.
For employees:
Your login is the same as your Portal login.
