The Science and Technology Park of Palacký University in Olomouc (VTP UP) provides office and facility leases. It offers consulting services, the use of the equipment and know-how of Palacky University on good terms.
The Business Incubator (part of VTPUP) helps new entrepreneurs that have unique ideas and targets to start their business. VTP UP has been a bridge between the scientific and business world since 2000.
VTP UP was founded with the support of resources from EU structural funds, the Regional Office of the Olomouc region, and the city of Olomouc. VTP UP is co-financed by Palacky University in Olomouc.
VTP UP is an accredited member of the Science and Technology Parks Association in the Czech Republic. In 2007 it received the award for the best project of the Czech Republic in the field of scientific and technology parks. VTP UP is an active part of a regional innovation in infrastructure of Olomouc Region.

Leaseholders of the Business Incubator can enjoy the benefits of their own or shared air-conditioned offices, services of the reception desk (copying, outgoing mail, call switching, etc.), two meeting rooms, fast Internet connection and voice services at favourable prices. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the building.
